Proudly local and family-owned since 2008, Griddlecakes began with a simple goal — to share our love for over the top breakfasts and lunches with the Las Vegas community. What started as one neighborhood restaurant quickly became a gathering place where good food and friendly faces come together, and over the years, that spirit has helped us grow to four locations across the valley.
